OUR PROJECTS

Our project with a leading sportswear giant explores how their HK & Macau branch engages local Gen Z consumers. We collected data from digital and physical streams to analyze behaviors and preferences, then assessed campaign performance and pitched targeted digital marketing strategies.
It was fascinating to conceptualize HK Gen Z market segments by purchasing habits, sports/lifestyle, and social media use. With content-heavy client presentations, we emphasized storylining for clarity—our client grasped insights quickly in the final pitch.
We appreciated discovering the brand's HK marketing efforts, thanks to responsive client contacts sharing operational vision and campaign rationale. This reignited my interest in the field.

Market Entry to the Greater China of a Skincare Brand
“The client of our CE project was an American skincare brand that is interested in expanding its business into the Greater China market. Therefore, the project entailed in-depth research on China’s cosmetics industry and consumer mindsets to develop a bespoke market-entry strategy. This CE project team consisted of students from both the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and the University of Southern California (USC). Through this project, our consultants were exposed to the meaningful work of analyzing new markets from a commercial, regulatory, and logistical standpoint.”
